What is the gas fired burner

In the broad sense of the concept of burner, household water heaters, gas stoves, and even lighters can be considered a burner.

According to the principle of its operation, a burner may be defined as an apparatus for converting heat energy by means of a chemical reaction of a substance to combustion-the proper mixing of air and fuel through a premix apparatus for full combustion.Burner is a kind of heat energy device that feeds fuel and air into the furnace chamber according to the required concentration, velocity, turbulivity and mixing mode, and makes the fuel stable ignition and combustion in the furnace. The fuel is mainly oil and gas.Generally used in small and medium-sized oil or gas boilers.

Classify of gas burners

Gas burners are divided into natural gas burners, city gas burners and so on.
According to the combustion control mode of the burner, it is divided into single-stage burner, double-stage burner and proportionally adjusted burner.
According to the way of fuel atomization, it can be divided into mechanical atomizing burner and medium atomizing burner.
According to the structure is divided into: integral burner and split burner. The split burner is mainly used in industrial production, and its main features are decomposition and installation of combustion system, air supply system, control system, etc. The machine is mainly suitable for large equipment or high temperature and other special working environment.
In contrast, commercial use of the burner for mass, manufacture and market specialization degree requirements in the supply chain is not high, the product's market price are relatively cheap, and split type burner for professional requirements are relatively high, and most need professional installation team, marketing sales price is much higher compared to the same.

In the next article we will discuss the composition, working principle and characteristics of gas burners.
