For the diffusion combustion method, the mixing process of natural gas and air is very important, because it not only shortens the combustion time, but also greatly affects the stability and combustion performance.
The structural design of the burner requires that the natural gas combustion head and the air supply device must ensure rapid and uniform mixing of natural gas and air. Generally, the following main design structures are used to achieve.

1. The natural gas is divided into multiple jets and mixed with swirling air through the multi-pipe domain.

2. Use natural gas to meet and mix with the air jet flowing through the annulus of the pore area and the two gases at different angles and speeds.

3. Use the cyclone device to strengthen the mixing of natural gas and air.

The use of natural gas and air injection devices on various types of burners is nothing more than based on the above hybrid structure.
As for the structure of the burner, it mainly depends on the structural form and application requirements of the natural gas heat conduction furnace, the supply conditions of natural gas and combustion air, and other factors.
In the structural design of the natural gas burner, the total area of the burner fire hole of the diffusion natural gas burner can be calculated by the diameter of the fire hole and the total number of fire holes.
If the diameter of the fire hole is too large, it is not easy to burn, if the fire hole is too small, it is easy to block the combustion head, and the determination of the distance between the fire holes can ensure the normal spread of the flame without merging. Within a certain range of fire hole diameter, if the heat intensity of the fire hole exceeds a certain range, the
Deteriorate the combustion condition of the burner, such as off-fire, smoke, insufficient heat intensity and so on.
