Our company's gas burners are equipped with a series of safety protection measures such as gas pressure interlock protection,gas leakage protection,combustion-supporting air under-pressure protection,flame monitoring and fire protection,and pre-purging before ignition for safe operation,escorting the production safety of users..
1.Gas pressure interlock protection
A gas low pressure detection switch and a gas high pressure detection switch are provided.Before the burner operates,the gas delivery pressure is automatically detected first.(1)When the gas pressure of the transmission pipeline is lower than the minimum pressure(or higher than the maximum pressure)set value,the interlock control function will alarm and lock the control,cut off the power supply of the control circuit,and the burner cannot be turned on until the pressure reaches the set range,The control circuit is unlocked.(2)During the same operation,when the gas pressure of the gas transmission pipeline is lower than the minimum pressure(or higher than the maximum pressure)set value,the interlock control function will alarm and lock the control,cut off the safety valve of the gas transmission pipeline,and cut off the burner Control the power,lock the burner controller until the gas pressure reaches the set value and automatically unlock.
2.Gas leakage protection
The gas transmission pipeline is equipped with a leak detector.Before operation,the valve group is automatically detected for gas leakage,and the gas safety valve and the main fire valve are detected for leakage.When a leak is found,the interlock will automatically alarm and automatically lock the burner controller.
3.Combustion-supporting air undervoltage protection
The burner is equipped with an air pressure switch.When the air inlet pressure is lower than the set value of the air pressure switch,the Gas burner should automatically stop and alarm.
4.Flame monitoring and fire protection
The burner is equipped with an ion probe,which can monitor the flame state of the burner for 24 hours.When an effective flame cannot be formed for 3 seconds during the ignition process,the gas safety valve and the main fire valve will be automatically cut off,and the burner controller will be closed.During operation,if the flame is unstable or extinguished due to various reasons,immediately alarm and cut off the gas safety valve and lock the burner controller.It must be manually unlocked and reset before it can be turned on.
4.Pre-purging before ignition
Before each ignition of the burner,the maximum air volume of the fan needs to be pre-purged for a period of time to discharge all the combustible gas from the pipeline to avoid accidents during ignition.
During the start-up operation,failure of any link will cause the burner to stop.Only after the cause is identified,the fault is eliminated,and the reset button is manually restarted,the operation can be restarted.
