1. Single-stage fire burner
 
The single-stage fire burner is just as big as the fire is on. The size of the firepower and flame will not change, and there are only two states of start and stop. Single-stage fire burners are used in the heating industry where the temperature or pressure control requirements are not high, and the allowable temperature or pressure error is relatively large.
 
Generally, burners with a power below 600KW (500,000 kcal) are single-stage burners.
 
2. Double-stage fire burner
 
The working mode of the two-stage burner is small fire-high fire, first light the small fire, and then light the large fire after the small fire is stable. That is to say, the burner has two working points, that is, it can work in one-stage fire (small fire) or two-stage fire (big fire). There are three states of high fire, small fire and stop. The small fire is used for heat preservation and the high fire is used. Come to heat up. The dual-stage fire is used in the heating industry where the temperature or pressure control requirements are high, and the allowable temperature error is 10°-20°.
 
Burners with a power greater than 600KW (500,000 kcal) are mostly double-stage burners.
 
3. Proportional adjustment burner
 
Proportional adjustment burners also start with a small fire, and then operate according to the required proportions. This kind of burner has unlimited operating points, and the fire power and flame size can be switched at any point within the power range, which is equivalent to an infinite number of gears. The proportional adjustment burner is extremely accurate in controlling temperature and pressure, almost in a stable state. For example, if the temperature is set to 100°, then the proportional adjustment burner is always at 100° plus or minus 1° (99° or 101°) Range, adjust the firepower of the burner.
 
Proportional adjustment burners are divided into two types: mechanical proportional adjustment and electronic proportional adjustment. The mechanical proportional adjustment burner uses a servo motor to drive the mechanical linkage to control the fuel and air flow; the electronic proportional adjustment burner has two private motors, and independent servo motors control the flow of fuel and air.
