Industrial calciner burner parts and related components can be divided into six major functional systems according to their functions: main structure, control system, ignition system, fuel supply system, combustion system, and power system.
One: main structure
This part constitutes the main structure and outline of the burner. It includes a shell and related parts, and other functional system products are installed on the main structure.
Two: ignition system
This part of the product includes ignition transformers, ignition electrodes, and high-voltage wires. Ignition transformer: a product used to generate high-voltage current and discharge through the electrode tip to ignite the burner. This is a very low-tech product, and at the same time it is regarded as a low-tech product to imitate. Ignition electrode: Let alone a product with a technical content, unless the shape is too weird and too little is used, the editor will not store the original product, and will not recommend the user to use it. High-voltage cable: It's just a high-temperature, high-voltage power cable. Why should it be imported? Not to mention the original ones.

In common burners, only the electric motor should be related to power.
Four: Fuel Supply System
On the burner, this is one of the more complicated systems. In fact, the mechanical products involved in this system are far more complicated than the electrical products on the control system. Five: Combustion
The most technical system in the burner industry. In fact, no matter how sophisticated the electrical products that are responsible for the control and how precise the oil pump manufacturing is, the level of these technologies has nothing to do with the capabilities of the burner manufacturer itself. What they must do on their own is to design the combustion system. Therefore, the level of the combustion system determines the ability of a burner. This part of the product includes a combustion tube, forced air blower impeller, flame plate, oil gun, gas core tube, and built-in or external diffuser. This part of the product constitutes an air-fuel premixing device.
Six: comtrol system
The burner control system is to start (turn on) and stop (turn off) the boiler ignition system and (or) the burner control system in accordance with the instructions or the requirements of the boiler load change in accordance with the prescribed operating sequence and conditions. In the intermediate storage type pulverizing system, it is a single or paired cutting burner; in the direct blowing type pulverizing system, it is the start and stop of a coal mill and auxiliary equipment.
