How to properly use biomass burners

I. Startup Management:

1. Before starting the burner, clean the carbon accumulation on the furnace bridge, clean the carbon accumulation on the furnace bottom, add granular fuel, close the cover of the material box, and open the separation valve;
2. Turn on the power supply of the equipment, check whether the circuit and water pipe are normal, and check whether the cooling pool is enough water.Open the inlet and outlet water valve of the combustion engine, and confirm that the interlayer cooling water of the high temperature combustion chamber is full;
3. Adjust the air supply gear to a small level, put in an appropriate amount of base material, formally start the ignition, gently open the furnace door for appropriate air supply, close the furnace door, start the feeding system, and gradually adjust the air supply gear to an appropriate level.Feeding speed and air flow should be gradually increased, should not accelerate too fast, there should be 2-3 minutes, in order to increase the furnace temperature.

II. Operation Management

1. Take 30-80 as the conventional dosage, the fastest speed is no more than 100, the lowest speed is no less than 20, and the air volume is configured as the middle and high grade;When the heat transfer system of the production line is well ventilated, the feeding speed can be appropriately accelerated and the air volume can be matched with the highest gear. However, the exhaust condition of the chimney should be observed at any time and the standard of feeding speed should be determined with no smoke emission.
2. Observe the change of water temperature from time to time and adjust the displacement to achieve safety and economy;
3. Add fuel appropriately according to the user's raw material consumption rules to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
4. Adjust the intermittent feed amount in the insulation stage according to the change of product energy consumption;
5. Do not open the upper and lower furnace doors when the furnace is burning.

III. stop furnace management

1. Stop feeding 15 minutes in advance and keep the fan running.(set on the control panel) Close the isolation valve;
2. Turn off the power, shut down the fan, open the upper and lower furnace doors gently, keep the right amount of natural wind, to minimize the accumulation of carbon in the furnace.

Iv. Special Precautions

1, the fuel must use c6-8mm of pure sawdust biomass pellet, do not use too much granular debris and journal particle fuel.Prevent iron sword from entering the feed box when feeding!If the equipment is damaged due to poor fuel or iron objects entering the material box, it will not be covered by the warranty.
2, boiler or other equipment to use the furnace is the best negative pressure, the positive pressure is strictly prohibited.If the positive pressure is too high, it should be equipped with wind guide equipment;
3. The cover of the material box must be closed during operation to prevent extravagance.When the furnace is stopped, be sure to close the separation valve to prevent tempering;
4, if there is resistance and stuck material phenomenon, (generally due to too long particles caused by) stick to stick can be, do not use wire, steel, in case involved in the screw, cause screw damage;
5. Burner defocusing: Coking will occur near the burner after the burner works for a period of time.If this phenomenon occurs, it will seriously affect the operation of the burner.In serious cases, the burner will be damaged!Regular inspection and defocusing are therefore required.(Check every 3 to 7 days is recommended).
Defocusing method: disassemble the burner and gently tap the coke from the burner with a wooden or iron rod to release it from the gasification chamber bile.(Be careful not to harm the gasification chamber bile and fire passage when decoking) Coking is closely related to fuel, so pure wood fuel is recommended.

V. General troubleshooting

1, the chimney has the black smoke emission -- the reason: feeds too much, the furnace can not digest.Treatment: stop feeding for a few minutes, observe the normal exhaust before starting the normal feeding;Reduce the feeding speed, subject to no black smoke emission from the chimney;
2. Spark rebound at the furnace mouth -- Cause: poor slag accumulation and exhaust air in the equipment system or carbon accumulation and blockage at the burner outlet.Treatment method: clean and dredge slag in the transfer heat system of production line or clean slag from the burner.Use equipment furnace or pipeline heat transfer system to clean and dredge slag once every 3 months under the condition of 8 hours/working day;
