How to choose the right power when selecting a diesel combustion burner
The diesel combustion burners we use in the operation process are large and small, and their functions are also different. So when we choose, what points should we pay attention to? The following editor summarizes a total of four points for your reference based on the market summary. In the selection of diesel combustion engine, it is necessary to consider ① appropriate power, ② appropriate installation size, ③ appropriate brand, ④ appropriate model.
①Appropriate power: The power of the boiler nameplate must match the power of the burner, and an over-sized burner is not allowed (use will cause excessive boiler internal pressure, black smoke in the combustion, incomplete fuel combustion, or the burner can not be used directly on fire) , Can not be equipped with too small burner (it will cause the heating time to be too long, or can not reach the temperature required by the equipment at all). The power of the diesel combustion engine can be adjusted within a fixed range. This adjustment cannot be directly adjusted manually. It is necessary to change the fuel injection volume and the final combustion engine power by changing the size of the fuel nozzle. When the fuel nozzle is replaced, it is also required. Adjust the air intake of the burner accordingly. Generally, adjust the fuel nozzle to the large damper to increase, and the fuel nozzle to the small damper to decrease. The intensity of this adjustment needs to be adjusted according to the smoke exhaust phenomenon of the flue. When the flue emits black smoke The air volume needs to be increased, and when white smoke is emitted from the flue, the air volume needs to be reduced until there is no obvious smoke (the diesel burner uses diesel fuel, and there will be a little smoke when burning, and the smoke is not obvious when the combustion is full).
Example 1: The boiler is an atmospheric hot water boiler, the power of the boiler is 0.3MW (300KW), and a burner with a power range of 300KW is required.
Example 2: The boiler is a steam boiler, and the boiler has an evaporation capacity of 0.2T (200KG), which requires approximately 160KW of power, and a combustor with a power range of 160KW is required.
Example 3: The oven is 30 cubic meters and is fully sealed. It takes half an hour to heat up to 220°C, and the required power is about 115KW.
The above is just a selection of some cases for your reference, of course there are more cases. We can customize the diesel combustion engine suitable for our own operation according to our actual situation and needs, and we can neither use it nor follow it blindly.
