  • Composition of a gas burner

    The structure of the gas burner is composed of the following five systems:

     
    1. Air supply system
    The function of the air supply system is to feed air with certain wind speed and volume into the combustion chamber. Its main components are: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire tube, damper controller, damper baffle, CAM regulating mechanism and diffusion disc.
     
    2. Ignition system
    The function of the ignition system is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel.
     
    3. Monitoring system
    The main components of the monitoring system are flame monitor, pressure monitor and temperature monitor.
     
    4. Fuel system
    The function of the fuel system is to ensure that the burner burns the necessary fuel.The fuel system of fuel burner mainly includes: oil pipe and joint, oil pump, solenoid valve, nozzle, heavy oil preheater.Gas burners are mainly filters, regulators, solenoid valve group, ignition solenoid valve group, fuel butterfly valve.
     
    5. Electric control system
    The electronic control system is the command center and liaison center of the above systems. The main control element is the program controller, which is equipped with different program controllers for different burners. The common program controllers include LFL series, LAL series, LOA series and LGB series.

      When the combustible gas (urban gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas) is controlled by the microcomputer control system according to the program into the burner head, by the primary air and combustible gas mixture, ignition combustion, secondary air combustion, to achieve full combustion.The combustion condition is detected and controlled by the flame automatic tracking system. In case of combustion failure (combustion chamber hypoxia, combustible gas underpressure, combustible gas cutoff, insufficient gas volume, etc.), the control system issues instructions, the solenoid valve of the gas supply system is quickly closed, the gas power is cut off, and the burner stops after automatic purging to indicate the fault.
      • What are the characteristics of a gas burner

        (1) High thermal efficiency: it can adapt to pressure fluctuation and adjust the primary air distribution by itself (that is, the gas pressure is high and the primary air is inhaled frequently;Low gas pressure, less suction primary wind), full combustion, high thermal efficiency;
        (2) High safety: The burner is equipped with a small fire.When the boiler starts, light a small fire first. When the small fire burns normally and stably, the automatic control system will open the main gas valve and the fuel will enter the boiler for normal combustion without deflagration.
        (3) Strong fuel adaptability: the burner can be applied to natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, gas, liquefied petroleum gas mixture and other kinds of gas only by changing a few parts.
