1. Energy costs.

As commercial electricity is more expensive, pure electric ovens are more expensive in the long run. The cost of gas will work out to be at least a third cheaper than using electricity, so many bakeries will go for gas ovens to save money.

Especially for those countries where electricity is inconvenient and expensive, natural gas ovens are more suitable, because if you use a burner to heat the oven, you only need to provide power to the fan and temperature control system, which requires far less electricity than electric heating tubes in electric ovens.

2. Ventilation equipment.

If you want to choose gas oven, then your bakery must be installed ventilation equipment, because the oven with natural gas, combustion will produce residual carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, to open the ventilation equipment for air, otherwise it is easy to lead to safety hazards.
