It is best to install a fuel cut alarm device in the fuel tank, or observe the fuel consumption of the fuel mark on the fuel tank regularly to avoid damage to the oil pump due to fuel cut.
2. The oil quality is poor, the water content is high, and there are many mechanical impurities. This is also the main reason why oil pumps are often easily damaged, so filtration should be strengthened, cleaned regularly, and the oil tank should be drained regularly. When entering the oil, check the oil product inspection report to see if it meets the burning conditions of the burner.
3. The oil pump is of poor quality. This may be experienced by anyone in the burner business. The quality of the oil pumps equipped on the burners is far from that of the earlier ones. For example, a user in Shanghai has a Weishaupt RMS9 heavy oil burner. The oil pump broke within less than three months of normal operation. Most people definitely say that there is a problem with the quality of heavy oil used by users, and I thought so at the time. But users deny the oil quality! They said that there is also a Weishaupt RMS5Z heavy oil burner in their factory. It uses the same type of heavy oil, the same pipeline, and the oil temperature is the same. Why is the RMS5Z used for five years and the oil pump has not broken, but your pump is used? It broke in less than three months? Now I have nothing to say, seeing that the profit of my hand has become negative because of the replacement of an oil pump. As a rule, the burner oil pump is not included in the scope of warranty repairs. At that time, we held an attitude of being responsible to the user, avoiding conflicts with the user and doing so did not go well. It took four months to replace the oil pump. It's broken again, what can I do? It would be too much to replace the pump with another pump. In case it breaks down during the warranty period, the user can't justify it. Therefore, I made up my mind that the long-term pain is worse than the short-term pain, and with the consent of the user, I replaced the original TA3 pump with a domestic gear pump. The transformation was very successful, which not only reduced my losses, but also made the replacement easy and low cost after the user warranty period. Now, this heavy oil machine has been used for more than a year without any problems.
4. There is gasification in the pipeline. At this time, the pump pressure of the oil pump is often unstable. When the pump pressure is found to be unstable, it should be stopped immediately for dehydration and exhaust treatment.
5. Some small units mistaken the three-phase electrical phase during circuit maintenance, causing the burner oil pump to reverse and damage the oil pump. Of course, this phenomenon rarely occurs, but not without.
6. Human Factors. Some operators remove the gear of the oil pump when cleaning the oil pump. If the assembly is not good, it is easy to damage the oil pump. In fact, just clean the filter inside the oil pump. If you have conditions, you can also use diesel to burn for a while, and you can also clean the oil pump, clean the pipeline, and clean the nozzle.
