The burner is a thermal device that delivers fuel and air to the furnace with the required concentration, speed, turbulence and mixture, so that the fuel can stabilize the fire and combustion in the furnace. The fuel is mainly fuel and gas. Generally used in small and medium-sized fuel or gas boilers.
Gas burners are divided into natural gas burners, city gas burners and so on.
According to the combustion control mode of the combustion chamber, it is divided into: single-stage flame combustion chamber, two-stage flame combustion chamber, and proportional adjustment combustion chamber.

According to the structure, it is divided into: integral burner and split burner. Among them, the split burner can be mainly used in industrial production, and its main feature is that the combustion information system, the air supply system, the control and management system, etc. are all decomposed and installed. This type of machine learning is mainly suitable for large-scale mechanical equipment or high temperature special education work surroundings.
The gas burner structure consists of five systems:
1. Air supply system
The function of the air delivery system is to send a fixed wind speed and air volume into the combustion chamber. The main components are: housing, fan motor, fan overhead, air gun fire tube, door controller, door gear plate, cam adjustment mechanism, and diffuser.
2. Ignition system
The function of the ignition system is to ignite a mixture of air and fuel. The main components of the ignition system are: ignition transformer, ignition electrode and high voltage cable.
3. Monitoring system
The function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the burner. Its main components are flame monitor, pressure monitor and temperature monitor.
4. Fuel system
The function of the fuel management system is mainly to ensure that the burner burns the fuel it needs. The fuel cell system research of oil burners mainly includes: oil pipes and joints, oil pumps, solenoid valves, nozzles, and heavy oil preheaters. The gas burner technology mainly includes two filters, a pressure regulator, a solenoid valve group, an ignition control solenoid valve group, and a fuel butterfly valve.
5. Electronic control system
The electronic control system is the command center and contact center of the above-mentioned system.
