How to adjust the air of the hot water boiler burner?
 
The electrical control of the burner of the oil-fired hot water boiler mainly consists of the power supply circuit of the injection motor, the solenoid valve circuit, the ignition circuit, the photosensitive circuit and the servo motor circuit. Its working principle is divided into the following five aspects.
 
1. Throttle reset circuit. 2. Main motor circuit. 3. Ignition circuit. 4. Photosensitive circuit. 5. Solenoid valve and servo motor circuit.
 
There are two ways to adjust the air of the hot water boiler burner:
 
One is single-stage, two-stage and three-stage burner air adjustment installation:
 
1: Single-stage burner: For single-stage (ON/OFF) burners, the damper is fixed after commissioning.
2: Two-stage burner: The two-stage burner has a damper conditioning installation driven by a servo motor. When the damper rolls, the opening of the air inlet changes, thereby changing the air intake.
 
The second type is the air adjustment installation of the sliding type oil-fired hot water boiler burner:
 
1: The principle of air oil conditioning: the cam organization is driven by the servo motor to turn clockwise to the high fire position, which can adjust the spring belt, drive the air door baffle connector and open the air door as a front blower.
 
In the late stage of the pre-purge, the servo motor drives the cam disc to open the oil volume regulating valve, so that the air damper is turned to the ignition load position. In this position, the fuel volume regulator is fully opened, which means that only a small amount of oil is needed to blow the nozzle. The inside is atomized, and most of it flows back to the fuel tank through the return pipe.
 
2: Air volume adjustment: After adjusting the sliding screw on the tissue, the opening of the air baffle is driven, and the smoke composition is measured at each load point to make the air volume suitable for the oil volume. After the above adjustment is completed, the outer locking screw must be turned tight.
 
3: Oil volume adjustment: Use an Allen wrench to roll the hexagonal screws to make the migraine steel sheet bulge or recess, and the migraine steel sheet is used to push the oil flow regulator, so as to achieve the purpose of oil flow adjustment. Oil conditioning should be harmonious.
