1: The burner is repaired and the power is turned on, the burner does not start, and the control box does not light up the fault light.
Possible Causes :
(a) It may only be a minor problem, such as the power is not turned on. It may also be that the gas switch ball valve has not been opened or the gas pressure is insufficient (lower than the set value on the gas low pressure switch).
(b) Please check the fuse of the power supply and also check whether the temperature adjusted on the thermostat is appropriate. If the burner is connected to other automatic control devices at the same time, please check whether there is no power supply to the burner due to the influence of these devices.
2: After the burner is repaired and connected to the power supply, the burner cannot be started, the control box lights up the fault light, or the fault light is on later.
Possible Causes :
(a) The control box may be faulty (damaged).
(b) It may be a malfunction of the burner motor. The failure of the motor to start may be due to damage to the motor coil or capacitor, but also to the bearing problem, or the wind impeller is stuck and cannot rotate.
3: The burner starts normally, but the operation is interrupted during the "blowing program", and the control box lights up the fault light.
Possible Causes :
(a) The control box may be faulty (damaged).
(b) The air pressure switch does not work, the air pressure switch is damaged, and the contact cannot operate when the air pressure reaches the set value. The air pressure port or the piezometer tube is blocked, check the set value of the air pressure switch, whether it is set correctly, the fan The fault caused the wind pressure to be too low.
