Six misunderstandings in the use of boiler burners:

Blind use without knowing a device is dangerous. For example, for the use of boiler burners, if you haven’t learned about it before, blind use will cause certain damage. There are six major aspects of misunderstanding when using boiler burner, how many do you know?

3. The more regular sewage discharges, the better

Regular blowdown mainly refers to the removal of slag, dirt and corrosion products at the bottom of the boiler burner, reducing furnace tube fouling, preventing blockage, reducing the salt content of the boiler water, and enhancing the heat transfer effect.

4. The less water in the fuel, the better

It is generally introduced in textbooks that water in fuel is a harmful component and an impurity in fuel. Moisture will absorb the heat generated during fuel combustion, increase the loss of exhaust smoke, and make it difficult to feed coal to pulverized coal. If the fuel oil contains water, it will make the flame pulsate and burn unstable, and even the boiler burner will extinguish the fire, so some people think that the fuel The less water in it, the better. In fact, this is very wrong.

5. The more pickling times, the better

Generally, the inner wall of the boiler burner after a period of use can be divided into three layers: scale layer, rust layer (Fe3O4, Fe2O3 and FeO), and iron matrix (Fe) layer. The purpose of pickling is to remove the scale layer and rust layer (Fe3O4, Fe2O3 and FeO) on the inner wall of the boiler that cannot be washed away by high-pressure water through a chemical reaction, so as to achieve enhanced heat transfer and maintain high boiler burner thermal efficiency. However, the hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid used for pickling can remove the scale and oxidized iron rust layer, but it is inevitable to attack the iron matrix (Fe) layer, because the accumulation of the oxidized iron rust layer is not uniform, and the metal matrix pits Corrosion and oxidation are widespread.

6. Air leakage has no harm to the operation of the boiler burner

Some people think that the air leakage of the boiler burner can reduce the air supply of the boiler burner, which is not only harmless, but also energy-saving. This is a very wrong understanding.
