The gas hot blast stove uses fuel gas (purge gas, natural gas) as fuel, heats a certain amount of process circulating gas to a set temperature, provides heat for the entire circulating gas system, and dries the pulverized coal to ensure that the moisture content of the pulverized coal after grinding is less than 2%. The hot blast stove system mainly includes the hot blast stove body, burner components, combustion-supporting fans, high-energy ignition and flame detection equipment, as well as process pipeline systems such as fuel gas, combustion-supporting air delivery and regulation systems, and nitrogen supply systems.
