In order to ensure the safe and normal operation of the biomass pellet burner, it is necessary to operate according to the following operating methods:
Start management
1. Before starting the biomass pellet burner, clean the carbon deposits in the furnace bridge, clean the carbon deposits at the bottom of the furnace, add pellet fuel, close the bin lid, and open the material isolation valve;
2. Turn on the power of the equipment, check whether the circuit and water pipe are normal, and check whether the cooling pool has enough water. Turn on the cooling water inlet and outlet valves of the burner, and confirm that the interlayer cooling water of the high-temperature combustion chamber is full;
3. Adjust the air supply gear to a lower level, put in a proper amount of bottom material, and start the fire formally, open the furnace door lightly to supply air, close the furnace door, start the feeding system, and gradually adjust the air supply gear to an appropriate amount. The feeding speed and air volume should be gradually increased, and it should not be accelerated too fast. There should be 2-3 minutes for the furnace temperature to rise normally.
Operation Management
1. The feeding speed of the biomass pellet burner is 30-80 as the conventional dosage, the fastest speed does not exceed 100, and the slowest speed cannot be lower than 20. The air volume is configured to medium and high-grade; the feeding speed of the production line heat transfer system is well-ventilated It can be appropriately speeded up, and the air volume can be equipped with the highest level, but the exhaust situation of the chimney should be observed at any time, and no smoke and dust emissions are the standard for determining the feeding speed;
2. Observe changes in water temperature from time to time and adjust drainage volume to achieve safety and economy;
3. Add fuel appropriately according to the user's raw material consumption law to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
4. Adjust the intermittent feeding amount in the heat preservation stage according to the change of product energy consumption;
5. It is strictly forbidden to open the upper and lower furnace doors when the furnace is burning.
