The burner of the low-nitrogen burner is the most direct heating part. At the beginning of the ignition period, the internal air pressure may cause ignition failure or insufficient ventilation. How to solve this problem?

First, check that if the flow channel is closed, the incineration air flow will decrease, the air pressure in front of the flame plate will increase in response, the air velocity will increase, the turbulence will increase, and the airflow penetration ability will increase, which is conducive to enhancing the mixing of air and the good body. , And obtain good flame stability.

The burner nozzle is equipped with a regulator to adjust the air passage between the burner nozzle and the flame plate.

When the flame is shaking, this must be adjusted. In practical applications, the need to adjust the booster boiler (compressor and gas turbine unit provide 0.2-0.4mpa incineration hot air) or greater heat load.

It can be seen from the above description that when the air duct of the burner nozzle is lowered, the position of the burner nozzle must be able to ensure that the air pressure level in front of the flame plate is almost always higher than the air pressure level behind the flame plate.

Generally, it is recommended to lower the air passage in the incinerator and open the door of the fan inlet in response.

The incinerator must be set up with a large output. In actual operation, the air duct in the incinerator must be placed in the middle position, and then the incinerator should be started for debugging.

When reaching a large output, gradually close the air passage in the burner nozzle, close the air door at the fan inlet to the fully opened position, and then move the flame diffuser of the burner nozzle forward and backward to adjust the airflow to make it suitable.

Note: Do not close all air ducts in the incineration cover during adjustment.

Make sure that the axis of the burner nozzle and the flame plate are the same. If the shaft alignment is not good, the flame will not burn well, and the burner nozzle will burn due to local overheating. The alignment of the shaft can be checked through the inspection hole at the rear of the incinerator.

Then, tighten the screw on the adjustment handle, adjust the position of the incinerator, and fix the incinerator.

Note: Check if the ignition is stable.

If the air passage in the incinerator is closed too small, it may be difficult to ignite due to the high wind speed. If this happens, the passage must be gradually opened until the ignition is successful.

At this time, the setting position of the incinerator nozzle is this position. The small opening of the damping plate should meet the requirement that the air pressure switch at the ignition position can be operated flexibly to ensure stable ignition. Otherwise, adjust the opening of the baffle again.

As a special equipment, the low-nitrogen burner should fully read the manufacturer's instruction manual. If the problem cannot be solved, you should consult the manufacturer's technical part in time, and must not disassemble it by yourself to avoid damage or danger.
