Oil burners have the following characteristics: oil burns in the state of transpiration and gasification, oil has the characteristics of loose combustion, oil needs to be atomized and then burned, oil has different thermal decomposition under different conditions, and there are two types of fuel atomization One method is pressure-type mechanical atomization, that is, the use of high pressure to pass the fuel through the swirling device to a high rotation speed, and then further accelerate it through the nozzle to break into fine oil droplets to achieve the purpose of atomization. The other is mechanical atomization with the participation of the medium. There are two methods of simple mechanical atomization and reflux mechanical atomization in the former, and the mechanical atomization with the participation of the medium includes steam atomization and air atomization.

The most widely used oil-fired boiler is the steam atomization burner. The research and development of the domestic steam atomization burner has reached a very high level, and the skills are old and stable. Under normal circumstances, the operating ambient temperature of the fuel burner should not exceed 70°C, otherwise the cooling and heat insulation method should be used. And the use of oil burners should prevent operation in humid environments. Change the oil nozzle once a year, and replace the elastic coupling and the rubber parts on the coupling once a year and a half. Prevent the aging of accessories. At the same time, we must ensure that foreign objects are prevented from entering the air duct to prevent accidents. Also, check the combustion tube, impeller, flame detector and combustion electrode on time to remove oil and carbon deposits. Especially the flame detector should be kept clean and not wet. Adjust the oil pressure appropriately according to the indicated value of the oil pressure. It is also necessary to check whether the oil burner and the connections of various components are secure, whether there is any looseness, and whether the orientation has been changed to ensure the normal operation of the oil burner. Oil burners only need to check the operation of the burner on time and do a good job in the maintenance of the burner, which will greatly improve the efficiency of the burner and bring a long-term stable operating environment.
